Contact the FaxFX Support Department

When logged into your FaxFX account on

1. Click on the Support Menu item to open the Drop-Down Options menu
2. Click on the Contact Support option to open the Submit a Ticket window
3. Enter the specific details regarding your query in the provided fields on the Submit a Ticket Form
4. Attach any supporting documents by clicking on the Browse buttons next to the attachments fields. On your computer select the document to attach and click on the Open button
5. Enter the validation code found in the image in the validate field
6. Click on the Submit Ticket button to submit your query
